2. “Pizza & Bread”
Who wouldn’t like to learn the secrets of a good pizza or bread with a long leavening?
In this course I will teach you the basis for making an excellent pizza made in a baking tray or wood oven and some types of bread.
The course lasts about 3/4 hours and all costs for the purchase of raw materials are included.

3. “Neapolitan & Umbrian cuisine”
The course concerns the realization of 4/5 dishes of the gastronomic tradition from Campania & Umbria that will be realized together with the participants of the course. It will be a journey that will take our minds back in the years, retracing the habits, the uses and customs of our grandmothers.
The course lasts about 3/4 hours and all costs for the purchase of raw materials are included.
The cost will change according to the request.

4. “Spoon Dessert”
The desserts are very important in the Italian tradition. We will produce some of the most popular desserts, starting from the preparation to the tasting. For Christmas Time “Special course on homemade nougat”.
Among the classic desserts we find:
a. Classic tiramisu
b. Panna cotta with different sauces
c. Chocolate cake with hot soft heart
d. Cantuccini with almonds
e. Brutti ma buoni

5. “Breakfast Cakes”
The course is about the realization of some of the most interesting and delicious pies, croissants and plum-cakes for breakfast

6. “In the kitchen with the chef”
The course provides the opportunity to attend and participate in the preparation of your favorite menu from the appetizer to the dessert, followed by tasting, and you can also choose for table service.
